Ex New York City Gov Eliot Spitzer sucks toes of topless mistress while on holiday

Former Governor of New York City, Eliot Spitzer was caught kissing and sucking the toes of his topless mistress Lis Smith at the Half Moon family resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica

According to a witness, the still-married former “Love Gov” was licking her toes, as she sat in his lap with her feet in his mouth in the resorts hot tub, Metro.co.uk reported.

He also cuddled and whispered sweet nothings into her ear - all this in front of other families with children.
