I feel acting is one of the most stressful professions, especially if you act in a daily soap. No matter how tired you are, you have to look fresh and energetic.



Due to extremely busy schedules, I hardly find time for usual stress-busting activities like going for movies, outings, or exercises.

So I do the next best thing, which is joke a lot with my co-stars on sets.

Laughter, they say is the best medicine. And I find it to be totally effective!

I make sure and that I laugh and makeu00a0others laugh too. This keeps the atmosphere light and stress-free.
