Meg’s Kitchen is organising a sauce and dip making workshop, featuring 20 dips from Mexico, the Caribbean, Lebanon and other Middle Eastern and European regions. This will be followed by a tasting and pairing session of dips and their accompaniments.

It’s the easiest and healthiest way to add that extra zing to your lovely starters, chips/crisps, vegetables or nachos. Try your hand at the Red Radish Dip, the Baked Ricotta Dip, Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Tomato Salsa, Mast-o-Khiar, Pesto, Caribbean Coconut Dip, Caramelised Onion dip, Thai Peanut Sauce, Egyptian Beetroot Dip or a few Hung Curd based variations.
