Dear Diana, I have been married for four years. My wife has always been a hot tempered person.
She gets irritated easily and starts shouting at the drop of a hat. Whether at home or at a public place, she keeps creating a scene. It is not only with me but even with other family members. To make matters worse, when she gets angry she stays that way for days. How do I tackle the issue?

Dear Arfin,
Your wife has severe anger management issues. It is not just annoyance but what she indulges in is full-fledged rage. When anger gets out of control and turns destructive, it leads to problems in relationships. Your wife has no control over her anger as it is controlling her. When she is not in those foul moods, you need to sit down and tell her how her behaviour is offending others. She needs to seek a counsellor who will help her control her emotion. The counsellor can help in addressing those situations that is causing her to do so.
Diana will solve it!
