Varun Dhawan is currently gearing up for his next film, a rom-com, Coolie No 1 with Sara Ali Khan. The actors seem to be having fun on the sets of the film and keep sharing photos and videos from the shoot. Recently, Varun Dhawan shared a video of him rehearsing for a song, in which he can seen dancing like a girl. Varun captioned the video, "Yeh easy nahi hain try kar ke dekho bhai #coolieno1"

Talking about Coolie No 1, the David Dhawan directorial is the remake of his 1995 film by the same name. The original Coolie No 1 starred Govinda and Karisma Kapoor in lead roles. It had a stellar cast of Kader Khan and Shakti Kapoor, and the remake will have Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav as the supporting cast.
Talking about the remake, in an interview with IANS, David Dhawan said, "After re-watching the original, I started working on the script. For six months, I wondered if I should make it or not. Finally, I decided to adapt it. It's actually a new film. I've worked on it for almost a year with the original writer Rumi Jaffery on the screenplay and Farhad Samji on the dialogue." Produced by Vashu Bhagnani, the remake will release on May 1, 2020.
