Tauqeer Zehra Sayed, a 27-year-old dietitian from Mumbai, has been awarded the Right Choice Award 2022 for the Most Trusted Clinical Dietitian & Weight Loss Expert in Mumbai.

Zehra is a health and fitness enthusiast who strived to help people dealing with vapours health conditions while letting them enjoys their food; with this idea in mind, she founded GoNutriWay, an innovative online health and wellness company keeping in line with her belief in a diet that is traditional and balanced.

Zehra holds a diploma degree in Physical fitness and Weight Management and is also an Onco Nutritionist, a Diabetes Educator and a Child Nutritionist. After completing her graduation in Nutrition and Dietetics, Zehra further went on to pursue a Master’s degree from Mumbai University in the same which led her to start her own private practice in 2019 as the head dietitian at GoNutriWay.

Several research papers that she has written have been published in renowned International Food and Nutrition Journals, and she is often invited as a guest speaker to throw light on her health and fitness journey and inspire the young generation to lead a healthy lifestyle at many schools, colleges and corporate events in Mumbai.
Zehra believes that there should be enjoyment in eating as deprivation doesn’t work and currently provides commendable assistance in health issues like PCOD, Diabetes, Thyroid, Cancer, and High Cholesterol, among others.
