We represent music with no boundaries of language, culture, genres; just a pure focus on creativity and artistic liberation through music made with the best promising Indian and Global talents,” says the Founder of TOAM, Mr. Thomson Andrews.

Being the A&R head of his Indie Label as well, Thomson shares how he decides to work with artists to showcase their talent on TOAM. He usually works with artists who have a unique narrative to themselves as singer-songwriters, the urge of learning, ready to work hard & hustle to be their best and achieve success, musically and as people. Currently, TOAM’s roster includes Indie singer-songwriters like Melody Divecha, Vernon D’Souza, Sheetal Gupta, Neha Pandey, Vishnu Jampa, Abhijay Sharma, Sunayana Sarkar, Nitin Kumar, Arpit Gandhi, Gwen Dias, Sagar Gupta, Anushree Sukanti to name a few. TOAM’s yearly timeline of releases is already planned and with the excellent distribution support by Believe India, their process of delivering and highlighting music on relevant audio streaming playlists with all local and international DSP's are in place. 

Talking about his entrepreneurial journey and how he takes notice of talented artists as an A&R Head of his Label, the founder says, “I have been working in the music industry for over 12 years which has helped me in building connections with the right kind of people. Apart from this, I am often approached by artists or invited to Judge talent competitions like Malhar, Mood Indigo, Umang wherein I get the opportunity to come across fresh talent that’s yet to be introduced to the world”. He further adds, “My personal involvement in each song includes selecting the melody, working with lyricists to create a storyline and the overall audio-visual narrative of the song, supervising the music production, dubbings and mix master process, artwork design, analyses of the target audience demographic for the single, how the artist is portrayed, production technicalities for audio-video production, talent casting for shoots and a successful PR and promotional strategy for the release, pre and post song launch across Radio, TV, Press, Web and Social Media, making each song a work of perfection and hard work. I am grateful to have the best team of professionals working with me at TOAM to turn my vision into reality.”


“All the artists I have mentored so far in my career, have always had to step up as musicians and be able to deliver quality and excellence at work with no exceptions. Even though I am tons of fun to work with as artists say, I am a perfectionist in many ways; as I am extremely particular and thoughtful of how I want an artist to sound, the musical and vocal arrangement, how the singer must emote to portray the narrative it in the audio, the importance of vocal exercising and vocal health, dynamics, tone and texture, studio dubbing / live singing techniques ” says Founder Mr. Thomson Andrews. He has mentored more than 150 Indian artists in his career, got them into the music industry, hiring them for Studio sessions for Film music dubbs, Ad TVC’s, Web Series projects & Live Concerts. With no Godfather in the industry, Thomson paved his way purely through his work ethic, professionalism, excellence at his craft, determination, persistence & drive leading to professional recommendations and referrals; accompanied by his positive attitude and calm demeanor even under immense pressure and stressful circumstances.


It may seem like all lights, cameras, action, and fun from the outside, but establishing your place in the music industry requires a determined mindset and strong-willed personality. ‘Thomson Andrews’, a name to reckon with in the music industry as a playback singer, composer, vocal arranger, TV Host and now Media & Marketing entrepreneur; has an incredible catalog of work to his credit in top Bollywood and South films, 150 TVC’s, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, Marvel OTT projects & Hollywood projects including associations with Grammy & Oscar Award-winning producers and technicians. Having 12 great years of experience in the music industry, Thomson feels blessed as an artist to have started his career with the Iconic Music Composer A R Rahman and having sung for and worked with renowned personalities like Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Pritam, Vishal Shekhar, Vishal Bhardwaj, Salim Sulaiman, Amit Trivedi, Clinton Cerejo, Anu Malik, Amaal Malik, Mira Nair, Imtiaz Ali, Luv Ranjan, Bhushan Kumar, Sunidhi Chauhan, Arijit Singh, Sonu Nigam, Neha Kakkar, Badshah, Nucleya, Harrdy Sandhu, Javed Ali, Jassie Gill, B Praak, Jaani, Indian Ocean and many more. He is currently working on the BGM of Bollywood films ‘83’ and ‘Bramhashtra’ with music composer Pritam, Fraggle Rock (w/t Raphanis) (Series)’ for Apple TV, ‘Hawke Eye’ Marvel Series on Disney + Hotstar, Centaur Worldon Netflix to name a few. His past Netflix projects include singing on the promo song Jaldi Aaofor Money Heist Season 5, ‘Ludo’, ‘Jingle Jangle’ & ‘Christmas Chronicles 2’, and the Amazon Prime Series 'The Remix'. In recent Advertising TVC projects, he has worked with brands OLA electric, Nykaa, Facebook, Hero, Coin DCX, IPL & Unacademy to name a few. 


Apart from establishing an exemplary production house ‘TOA’ that’s into branding, marketing, media publicity, and artist development in India, the leader has also toured globally as an artist and performed across 15 countries. Time and again mesmerizing the audiences and the biggies of the entertainment industry with his creative multi-talents and magical voice, Thomson works with an innovative and success-driven mindset.
