Hosted by Vital Voices and sponsored by Estee Lauder, this summit celebrates and empowers women who are driving positive change globally.
A Journey with Vital Voices
Srishti's journey with Vital Voices began last year when she was selected as a Visionary Fellow from India, engaging in a transformative 7-week virtual training. This year, she stands among 20 visionary women leaders from across the globe, convening at the Vital Voices headquarters in Washington DC.

Vital Voices Global Partnership, led by influential figures such as Hillary Clinton, is dedicated to empowering women leaders who are making significant impacts in their communities. The organization's support has propelled leaders to prestigious accolades, including the Nobel Peace Prize, and fostered groundbreaking activism, such as that of Malala Yousafzai.
The Visionary Summit Experience
The #VisionariesSummit24 provided an incredible platform for networking and insightful workshops. Srishti expressed her gratitude to the Vital Voices team for curating such an unforgettable summit and shared her excitement to apply the learnings to continue making a difference. Srishti Pragat's Inspiring Story
At just 28, Srishti Pragat has made significant contributions to women's and children's rights, youth empowerment, and social justice through her NGO, Sky Social. Founded in 2019, Sky Social addresses critical issues facing women and children, advocating for their rights and providing essential support. Her dedication and hard work earned her a spot among the top 20 female leaders at the Visionary Summit, beating out 150 other applicants and proudly representing India on the global stage.
Who is Srishti Pragat?
Originally from the city of Lakes Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Srishti completed her schooling there and graduated from Excellence College. Driven by her passion for social justice, she further pursued development studies at SOAS, University of London. After completing her education, she returned to India with a mission to make a difference.
Since then, Srishti has worked with various institutions, including contributing to government policy-making and raising awareness against domestic violence. She has collaborated with UNICEF's youth programs, assisted in creating schemes with local panchayats, and helped formulate state action plans through her NGO.
The VV Visionaries Program
The VV Visionaries program, in partnership with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund (ELELF), was created to support the next generation of emerging leaders who are redefining leadership in their everyday lives. This program invests in trailblazing women by increasing their access to leadership training and the networks that sustain them.
Three cohorts of 50 women visionaries over the age of 18 participate in a 7-week immersive virtual experience built on the proven leadership model of Vital Voices, incorporating lessons in leadership from Estée Lauder executives and Vital Voices Global Network leaders. Participants from all three cohorts have the chance to be selected for an annual in-person experience that provides deeper training and investment in their personal leadership journeys.
Following completion of the cohort, participants join the Vital Voices community of over 20,000 changemakers across 185 countries, each daring to reimagine a more equitable world for all.
