Food for me...u00a0I strictly follow the eat, pray, love formula. My husband (Dr Shriram Nene) and I are complete foodies. I love food, pray to God thanking Him for whatever I have and treat everyone with love.u00a0
Favourite cuisine... I love all kinds of food, but being a Maharashtrian, I love kande pohe (onion poha) the best.
Hubby's delight... Shriram loves Punjabi food. His favourite is chicken tikka made by me.
Cook in the house... Shriram is a fantastic cook and that was one of the reasons why I married him! They say that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, but in my case, it's been the opposite.u00a0u00a0
Kitchen bloopers... Once I made prawn curry. But I cooked the prawns like any other vegetable, ignorant that prawns shouldn't be cooked after a certain point. When I served it, Sriram complimented me. But it was only after I tried it that I realised I'd messed up.
Guests I would want over for lunch... Shahrukh, because he's a very sweet guest and will appreciate your efforts even if the food doesn't taste great. And Rani (Mukerji) because we really get along well. I'm sure she will cook half the lunch and it will taste fantastic!
