Working together for the first time, Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Shabina Khan hit the elite R 100 crore mark at the box office with Rowdy Rathore. And talks are already on for their second project, a remake of the 2002 Tamil release Ramanna that was directed by AR Murgadoss.

Sources say that the filmmakers have roped in Telugu director Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi also known as Krrish to helm the project.

A source says, “This comes close on the heels of buzz that Murgadoss would only direct the remake. However, it will be Krrish.”

Speaking about the director who has helmed Telugu films like Gamyam and Vedam, a source close to SLB adds, “Krrish is definitely part of the project and the film will go on the floors by the last quarter of this year.”u00a0
