That though there is a fallout between Farah Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, sources reveal that her long cherished project Happy New Year will go on the floors in 2011.
Farah has been telling people that she won't work with anyone else but SRK for the film.
She waited for his approval for over a year and a half and even incorporated changes suggested by him. Now she now plans to start the film after the release of her film Tees Maar Khan starring Akshay Kumar.
