Swara Bhasker, an actor, is once again making headlines for her beliefs. In a recent interview, the Raanjhanaa star, who has an opinion on practically everything, discussed how all individuals are fundamentally "bisexuals".

Swara Bhasker is now featured on the ongoing reality show Pati Patni Aur Panga - Jodiyon Ka Reality Check alongside her husband, politician Fahad Ahmad.

Fahad Ahmad accompanied the actor for an interview with Screen. During the conversation, she stated that heterosexuality is an "ideology" that has been imposed on humans.

A look at Swara's revelation

"We are all bisexual. If you leave people to themselves, we are actually bisexuals, but heterosexuality is an ideology that has been put in us culturally for thousands of years. Because that is how the human race will perpetuate, so it has to be the norm," Swara Bhasker said.

When the host inquired who she had a crush on, the actor replied, "Dimple Yadav," alluding to the Samajwadi Party MP.

In the interview, she also mentioned that she had recently met Dimple Yadav.

Swara Bhasker joked that she had jeopardised her husband's career in Maharashtra, and that her statements on sexual orientation had made matters worse for him in Uttar Pradesh.

Swara Bhaskar may have made this claim, but there is no scientific evidence to support it, which is why users are trolling her.

Netizens reaction to Swara

A user wrote: "If I understand her correctly, she's saying that we're essentially not designed to eat food but we eat because it will help us perpetually survive!" Another one commented, "Ooooo, I’m hearing this statement of us being born bisexuals after a good span of over two decades. Being a student of literature and attending various seminars, this used to be the most popular statement we were fed back then. My god, this woman is stuck in time."

One of them also wrote, "She is brainwashed. She thinks only men should be heterosexual, as per her learning. Women don't have the right to become heterosexual. She is doomed as a sane person." One of them also asked, "Why is she speaking up for all? Who is she? I am not bisexual. I don't think heterosexual is to expand the generation. What is she saying?"

On the work front with films, Swara Bhaskar is preparing for her next project, Mrs Falani. She last appeared in Raanjhanaa's re-release, which was heavily criticised by Anand L. Rai, Dhanush, and other actors due to the different conclusion, including AI.
