After an intense and action-packed filming schedule for Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown Ups and Ramayana, Rocking Star Yash has finally taken off to US to soak in some quality time with his loved ones. The superstar, known for his dedication and discipline on set, has now taken off to the United States for a well-deserved family getaway.

With back-to-back schedules that demanded both physical grit and emotional depth, Yash has been immersed in two of the most ambitious Indian cinematic ventures of the year. While Toxic continues to generate massive buzz with its intriguing title and high-profile cast, Ramayana remains one of the most awaited mythological spectacles, with Yash reportedly playing the role of Ravana.
This brief break comes as a perfect reset before he returns to the spotlight for the next phase of filming. Fans across the globe are eagerly awaiting more glimpses from both mega-projects — but for now, it’s family first for the Rocking Star.
Ramayana first to be unveiled soon
Meanwhile, as Yash takes a break, back home, the audience will be treated to the first look from the film that also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi.
Starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and Yash as Raavan, Ramayana is one of most anticipated films of the year. The makers will be unveiling the film’s logo and first official glimpse of the two-part film on July 3, 2025.
Apart from Ranbir, Sai Pallavi and Yash, the film directed by Nitesh Tiwari also boasts of an interesting ensemble cast. Sunny Deol will be seen as Hanuman, Ravi Dubey plays Laxman, Lara Dutta takes on the role of Kaikeyi, Rakul Preet Singh will be seen as Surpanakha, and Kajal Aggarwal plays Mandodari.
The film will be released in two parts. The first part will be released on Diwali 2026 while the second part is scheduled to be released for Diwali 2027. Ranbir Kapoor, in an earlier interview, had shared that shooting for part 1 has already been completed. According to reports, part 1 ends with the Sita haran episode.
