Genelia Deshmukh, who once was one of the top female actors in Tollywood, was last seen in the 2012 film, Naa Ishtam. It has been 10 years since she last acted in a Telugu film.
With a Kannada-Telugu bilingual feature, she will return to the Telugu film industry. Furthermore, Kireeti, the son of former Karnataka minister and well-known industrialist Gali Janardhan Reddy, will make his screen debut with this film.

Kireeti will be romancing Sree Leela, who is best known for her role in the film, Pelli SandaD (2021). Billed as an action-based romantic drama, the movie is expected to have many other entertaining aspects.
Ravichandra, a senior Kannada actor, will also appear in the film. Radha Krishna will helm the film, which will be produced by Sai Korrapati under the Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram banner.
That's not all, the actor is truly on a roll. After finishing filming for 'Mister Mummy', she has now started working on a new project titled 'Trial Period'. In May, Genelia took to her Instagram Story and shared the update with her fans and followers.
She dropped a video from her car while heading to the sets. Alongside the clip, she penned a brief note expressing her excitement about shooting for her "fourth project" of the year.
"On my way to yet another new beginning -- new film 'Trial Period'. Fourth one this year..hell ya it feels good," she wrote. 'Trial Period' is being helmed by Aleya Sen. Manav Kaul is also a part of the film.
