shehnaaz Gills father Santokh Singh Sukh talks about how he cannot stay angry with his daughter for too long, and wondering why her calls began to decrease over the years.

There were reports a few days back that Santokh Singh Sukh, Bigg Boss 13 fame Shehnaaz Gill's father, was upset that his daughter didn't pay a visit to them when she was in Amritsar for a shoot. He has opened up about the same recently and clarified on a lot of things.
In an interview with Times of India, he stated, "But it is a fight between a daughter and a father. I love her a lot because she is my child. I know I will be upset with her for some time but I cannot be angry for too long."

He also revealed how her phone calls to him began to decrease over the years, although she was in touch with her mother. He opened up, "I don't know why her calls to me started decreasing, even though she kept in touch with her mother. She hasn't met her grandparents after her stints in 'Bigg Boss 13' and 'Mujhse Shaadi Karoge'."
He continued, "Shehnaaz hasn't wished me 'Happy Diwali' yet this year. I always motivated her in every decision she took. I don't have any answer to why she's behaving like this. When I was accused. Shehnaz of course knew I was not guilty but it was only my son Shehbaz who had come home then."
When asked about her close friendship with Sidharth Shukla, this is what Singh had to say, "I wouldn't like to say anything on this. It's her personal life, but I'm neither against it nor in its favour."
