Mid day has chosen us for this award, it is definitely a matter of pride and satisfaction for us because any award is given to someone when we do something out of the ordinary because it will be for those only who matter.


From National to International branding, mid-day Icons have gone bigger this year. What are your thoughts on this and how will it help in your branding?
Mid-day which had National recognition has now gone a step ahead and got an international recognition.  I think everything is becoming global. And the whole world is looking at India with hope, so this is also a positive step in becoming globally recognized.


How has your experience been with mid-day? What has been the change that you have seen post your association with it?
Everything said by a reputed group like mid-day has a special significance.  When we bring a project on the platform, the media has an important role to play and make people aware about it. That role has always been played well by  the mid-day group.


With the Covid challenge, do you think the realty industry will see a transformation to match customer changing sentiments?
As we all know, in this terrible Pandemic, every person faced a period of utter uncertainty. But true to our human spirit, we are adept at fighting with everything and come out of it by learning something out of the experience. The Covid situation taught us new things to cope with, especially in the metropolitan cities. We understood the importance of having our own house and got a reason to pray that we should have a house of preferable size. Due to this, the real estate sector got a boost. Also, it reduced our unnecessary expenses and generated an asset class in this country which is good for society at large.

What do you think are the redeeming features of your projects that sets it apart from the rest?
Every project of Regency group is customer friendly in respect of its price, amenities, luxury lifestyle with affordable price etc. All our projects are environment friendly and have the additional benefit of being located amidst natural surroundings.

Which would you consider was the turning point/outstanding achievement of your career/company that is noteworthy?
Our Regency group’s specialty is delivering more than what we commit and before the committed date and time period. There was a certain lack of trust in the real estate sector about the developer and the real estate industry in the mind of customers earlier. This is slowly but surely changing and we owe this to the introduction of new rules and regulations by the Government and followed by real estate groups like us.

Have you achieved your vision for your company or is there more to achieve – your future goals?
Each time we achieve a goal, we move forward by aiming to conquer new milestones. Each time we see something new, we get inspired to execute and upgrade to new goals.
