1- Kindly brief us about the company, its specialization, and the services/products that your company offers?
SafexPay offers a digital journey where businesses can come, register themselves and start collecting or handing out the pay-outs to its clients with a goal life timeframe of 2 hours up to a timeframe of 7 days for platform go-live.  Serving as a B2B platform, SafexPay provides an efficient and hassle-free digital journey to White-label Payment Aggregation platforms, Banking Platforms, Payout Platforms, and SME based mobile apps. The platform offers a unique combination of a platform level play with faster-go-live, and a completely automated digitized process giving it an edge. SafexPay’s unique banking platform offers neo-banking platform which has the ability to digitize the overall end-to-end journey from issuing the card, opening the Bank accounts, doing the payouts for customers and different value-added services. SafexPay also provides a payout platform to corporates for conducting their reimbursements, expenses and payouts to its customers. Furthermore, the company’s SME based platform allows users to collect their payments through various social media sites, wherein the payment links can be posted over LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and the likes. 

2- With what mission and objectives, the company was set up? In short, tell us about your journey since the inception of the company?
Our mission is to provide payment infrastructure & API for every business across the globe. Safexpay was started with the ability for payment collection and disbursement for every business across the globe with differentiation factor of providing platform and API in the fastest possible time frame to banks and business. We saw demand for payments increasing, as the market is competitive and sectors are many which can be captured with differentiated product offering. That’s how Safexpay formulated. 

3- Tell us how your company is contributing to the digital payment industry & neo banking industry of the nation and how the company is benefiting the clients?
Safexpay's contribution is more aligned with Providing Platform and infrastructure to businesses across the globe. We help businesses to become fintech via offering ready-made solutions. This helps businesses to start collecting/disbursing payments without building the platform. The Fintech market is growing 20% + across the globe and there is a need for a readymade platform which businesses can use. Safexpay powers those platforms and helps the industry to use these platforms to grow more digital payments collections.

4 - How does SafexPay’s platform empower finance teams?
Safexpay's platform makes finance team life simpler in terms of payments collection and disbursements digitally. These collections happen on real time basis instead of dependent on old methods of cheque payments. All reconciliation and refunds, etc can be done from platform or using API so it reduces manual process and make process simple for finance team 

5 - Kindly mention some of the major challenges the company has faced till now?
We faced up major issues towards marketing, key hiring and technology & product management team to be in placed along with making some journeys as digital to ramp up faster growth

6 - What is your biggest USP that differentiates the company from competitors?
Our biggest USP is that we focused more on platform level play from starting and now we are building strategies to develop some solutions for micro and SME categories apart from existing payment and banking solution we have.

7 - What’s your growth plans for the next 12 months?
We are aiming to grow at 150% this year in terms of revenue and will be adding around 100 people this year as the part of SafexPay.

8 - Tell us about White Label Payment Platforms? Whom are you catering to in India & International? Is there a scope for it in the Indian markets? 
A white label payment platform is a payment gateway system that lets a business owner or a brand to process payments using their official name while using third-party services.

We are catering White Label Platforms in India, UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are signing new deals in Africa, Europe and UK along with Qatar.

Currently in India there is no other White Label PG provider working with the level of customisation and brand control as provided by Safexpay.

Juspay, a multi-aggregator platform, used by some enterprise merchants provides pure routing and currently does not offer settlement to merchants, could foray into this space.

I believe, government sponsored aggregation engines such as IRCTC, BharatKosh, PayGov, which primarily service government segment may build White Label capabilities using other PG providers to provide payment options. These can be our opportunities and potential competition too.
