As we observe 14th November as World Diabetes Day, we thought of preparing a list of sugar-free dessert which out diabetic friends can eat without a second thought. These desserts contain simple readily available ingredients and can be made at home too

Surprisingly, more than 20% of Indians contribute to the country’s diabetic population. Also, unhealthy lifestyle, irregular desktop diet and consumption of unsaturated fatty food are pushing the younger generation towards the risk of developing diabetes.


As we observe 14th November as World Diabetes Day, we thought of preparing a list of sugar-free dessert which out diabetic friends can eat without a second thought. These desserts contain simple readily available ingredients and can be made at home too. Give it a try!

Funfetti pancakes: This healthy funetti pancakes are low in fat and high in protein. These delicious pancakes are free of refined sugar, gluten and dairy. Even the pancakes are devoid of sugar or any form of additional sweeteners, yet every bite of the pan cakes tastes sweet buttery and fluffy. Raw apple pie: This gluten free raw apple pie is not only sugar free but also vegan. There is no need to add artificial sweeteners or white sugar to make this healthy dessert. Maple syrup, organic coconut sugar (unrefined brown sugar with a deep caramel flavour), cinnamon, vanilla apart from smashed or chopped apples are what are needed to make this dessert.

Raspberry lemon mini vegan cheesecake: This is the perfect dessert that can make everyone happy. The dessert is devoid of refined sugar, dairy, eggs and gluten. This healthy dessert can be a part of every diabetic’s diet.
