The process of filing complaints too has been made simpler for people. The Railways Police have introduced a drop box system where commuters can drop their complaints in that box in respective railway stations.
They have tied with Minc Billbox and installed drop boxes at 28 stations on Western Railway and 25 stations on Central Railway.
The event will be held tomorrow at 4 pm at CST railway station, auditorium hall on the fourth floor.
