MiD DAY spotted Sunita Gupta, an accused in the triple suicide case in Malad, when she was being taken for a medical check-up in the dead of the night.

Police kept questioning Sunita about the whereabouts of her husband and in-laws who have also been named as accused in the case.
The police had registered a complaint against the in-laws of Nidhi under various sections pertaining to harassment, torture and instigation to suicide.
The police arrested Sunita from a relative's place in Mahesh Nagar in Malad. Nidhi's husband and brother-in-law are still absconding.
After she flung her son Gaurav (6) and daughter Mahika (3), Nidhi jumped to her death from the 19th floor of the 21-storied Sahyadri building in Govind Nagar last week.
The incident coincided with International Women's DAY. She had left behind a suicide note stating that no one was responsible for the extreme step, Kakade said.
Nidhi, along with her husband Pawan, her father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, lived on the 19th floor of the 21-storey building.
The entire family was at home when the incident occurred around 8.30 am on that fateful day.
