Thane district logged 18 Covid-19 cases on Sunday. The fresh cases took the infection count in Thane to 1,96,964, as per data received by Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC).
With the addition of the latest cases, Thane currently has 189 active Covid-19 cases. No infection-related death was reported in the district, and the death toll in Thane remained unchanged at 2,162.
As per the bulletin, Thane now has a recovery rate of 98.81 per cent.
