The test positivity rate (TPR) in the city fell below 1 per cent for the first time in the second wave. Along with the TPR, which was 0.96 per cent on July 29, the daily cases also dropped significantly to 340. Mumbai had seen 404 cases and a TPR of 1.24 per cent on July 28th.
