Fifth such incident in the Capital in last two months. Both the accused have been arrested
The count just keeps going up. All the promises and measures of Delhi police are falling flat. A 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by two men in Kalyanvas area of east Delhi on Wednesday.
Both accused are said to be sons of government employees. They have been taken into custody. Sudheer and Raj allegedly kidnapped Sunaina (name changed) and took her to some isolated quarters in Kalyanvas. Both then allegedly raped her.
"We received a call about the incident and our officers immediately rushed to the spot. We have sent the girl for medical examination and arrested both the accused," said a police officer.
Incidentally, the Kalyanvas quarters have been reportedly declared structurally unsafe by the government with the directive that they have to be demolished. The cops are questioning the accused.
