Anil Chouhan, whose brainchild TaaraGo is, says, "At the fest, people can try out activities through demos or win free classes and gifts too." Chouhan came up with the idea of the festival in an attempt to give people an opportunity to try out something new.

TaaraGo is a community and that makes doing something new easy. According to Chouhan, it was "born out of a passion for learning new things." The goal was to make it easy for talented individuals to market their skills and for eager learners to explore theirs. "This is the first time after setting up our unit that we are announcing such an event."
