The "pledge to vote" walk which was flagged off by musician Ehsaan Noorani of at 8 am from BRV Parade Ground on Mahatma Gandhi Road passed through Cubbon Road, and Queen's Road and returned to BRV grounds. The aim of the initiative was to spread awareness among the educated youth and professionals from the urban areas, according to the organisers.
