Bollywood director Prakash Jha has said he will take legal action against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLAs, who watched a pirated DVD of his latest flick 'Rajneeti' during a party meeting.

The movie was shown to Rajasthan BJP MLAs, who had assembled in Jaipur for a pre-poll training session on Tuesday.

"Whatever legal recourse needs to be taken against people who were responsible for showing the film, and those who watched it, is being taken," said Jha in Patna, adding that he would have organised a special screening of the film had the MLAs approached him.

The BJP MLAs, however, said they had done no wrong by watching the movie.

"They are making a mountain out of a molehill. This is not good. You talk to Prakash Jha as to what action he will take. We have not done anything wrong," said BJP MLA Rajender Singh Rathore.
