Congress celebrated its 138th foundation day on 28th December 2022. INC President Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, and other politicians were present on the occasion. On the occasion, Kharge gave a brief history of the party and said “India progressed as Congress broke many shackles of Dalits, poors”.
