He called upon voters in Madhya Pradesh’s Rajgarh to give a huge victory to the BJP candidate Rodmal Nagar. Addressing the public meeting, Home Minister Amit Shah said, “Now, it is the time to bid a permanent farewell to him (Digvijaya Singh) from politics, but I have a request to you all that do his permanent farewell, but- Aashiq Ka Janaza Hai Zara Jhoom Ke Nikle... and for this, you have to ensure his defeat with a huge margin of votes. People of Rajgarh should make him sit at home.”

Sanjay Singh was released from Delhi’s Tihar Jail on bail on April 3. The ED on April 2, informed the SC that the agency has no objection to Sanjay Singh getting bail. A bench led by Justice Sanjiv Khanna directed the release of Sanjay Singh . Bail was granted during pendency of trial in a money laundering case relating to excise policy irregularities. AAP workers played drums and celebrated the release of Sanjay Singh. While addressing a press conference after his release from jail he attacked BJP and said when BJP speaks about corruption it seems like Osama Bin Laden is speaking about non-violence. PM Narendra Modi came down heavily against Congress for giving away Katchatheevu island to Sri Lanka in 1974. PM accused the Congress and former PM Indira Gandhi of weakening India’s unity, integrity and interests. PM took to X and wrote that Congress “callously” gave away the island of Katchatheevu to Sri Lanka. A massive train accident took place near Ajmer today. Passengers sustained minor injuries after Sabarmati Express collided with a goods train on March 18. The incident occurred at midnight near Madar station in Ajmer district. However, no casualties have been reported so far in the incident. Several passengers sustained minor injuries and least four coaches and the engine of Sabarmati Express train got derailed. The reason behind the train derailment is yet to be ascertained. Meanwhile, the rescue teams and railway officials reached the incident spot. Due to the incident, several trains have been diverted to different routes. Watch video for more information.

Following the fourth round of meetings with the farming leaders in connection with the ongoing farmers protest 2024, the Union Minister Piyush Goyal said on February 19 that a detailed discussion was held with Bhartiya Kisan Mazdoor. He further stated that the outcome of the meeting was very positive. We had a detailed discussion on how to carry forward the work done by PM Modi in the last 10 years, he further added.
