New Delhi: The Indian Equestrian Tent Pegging Team returned with three gold medals in major equestrian events at the ITPF World Cup in Egypt.

India's Ajay Sawant bagged the maximum three gold medals followed by Suresh Kumar and Pardeep Kumar, who won two gold medals each. Jaswinder Singh and Wangtham Lammaty clinched one gold medal each.
India won three major events including Team Tent Pegging Lance, Team Tent Pegging Sword and Individual Sword competitions.
India now plans to host Asian and International Equestrian Tent Pegging Championship in December this year.
