If you are a shopaholic who loves to dress well, check out Shimmer at Camp. Anchal Jain started this boutique a couple of weeks back at her father's old Parsi home and her USP is to dress up a person based on their personality. They offer customised outfits such as tunics, salwar-kameez, bridal wear, dresses, saris, casual, party wear, clutches and bags.

If you have a plain dress material that you wish to convert into a jhagmag wedding dress, then Jain will style it accordingly for you. "I personally chat up with customers, tell them what will suit them and design their dresses," states Jain. She runs a solo show and hence, you must come with time on your hands.

Interestingly, all the outfits on display are exclusive, so you will definitely not find anyone else wearing the same outfit at an event. Though, Jain looks after the designing aspect, she has a team of karigars to do the embroidery work.

While the exteriors are reminiscent of old-world charm, the interiors have a classic look with wooden panels and colourful walls.

Range: On offer are ethnic wear with a smattering of western apparel. We loved the party and bridal section which featured an array of tunics, kurtis, saris and salwar kameez in various fabrics such as cotton, silk, net, georgette and crepe. Their most expensive Salwar Kameez (Rs 12,000) was embellished with gota work. Some of the kurtis had Zardozi and sequin-work on the front and on the borders. Check out the onion coloured silk saree with heavy Zardozi, stone, velvet and sequin. They have an interesting range of kurtis with simple thread work for office wear as well.u00a0
