American ski champion Lindsey Vonn is a very watchful eater. In an interview with People magazine she revealed that she only eats healthy and most importantly, cooks all her food herself, fresh.
"As an athlete, burning a lot of energy means I need to eat healthy and eat well," golfer Tiger Woods fiancée, who is currently busy watching her man play in the August Masters, said.

"I make sure everything I eat is fresh and that I prepare it myself, so I know what I'm eating," added the 30-year-old world and Olympic champion skier.
Vonn, even went on to spell out her daily nutrition in take.
The diet is even more strict, she said, during the skiing season. "I eat a lot of protein and carbs to stay a healthy weight while I'm training and to get enough energy, but I opt for healthier versions, like almond butter instead of peanut butter and pumpernickel bread instead of white bread," added the 5-foot-10 athlete.
