The much-awaited trailer of Drishyam: The Conclusion, starring Ajay Devgn, Tabu and Shriya Saran, is finally out, giving fans a glimpse into the next chapter of Vijay Salgaonkar's gripping story. The third instalment of the popular crime-thriller franchise promises another tense battle of wits, with the Salgaonkar family once again finding itself in trouble.
Ajay Devgn returns as Vijay Salgaonkar, the man who has repeatedly gone to extraordinary lengths to protect his family. The new chapter continues to explore the consequences of the events that unfolded in the earlier films, while introducing fresh challenges for Vijay and his loved ones. Tabu is also back as Meera Deshmukh, whose pursuit of justice has remained central to the franchise. Her character's personal connection to the case adds another layer to the conflict. Shriya Saran reprises her role as Nandini Salgaonkar, while Rajat Kapoor returns as Mahesh Deshmukh.
The trailer unveils how 'The Conclusion' is set to turn darker with major twists in the film. As we see the trailer, Tabu is seen vowing to seek revenge from Vijay over her son's death. More than seeking justice, she wants to end this with a revenge. Further, Vijay's problems are set to increase after Jaideep Ahlawat's entry. The case takes a turn as Vijay is now suspected for every minute detail related to the crime. Jaideep further assures that he will put an end to the case and get the criminal family behind the bars. The conclusion is set to leave fans stunned with bigger threats and Vijay Salgaonkar's smart play.
The third film also expands the franchise with the addition of Jaideep Ahlawat and Prakash Raj. Ahlawat plays Rajveer Singh Tomar, an SP from the Crime Branch, while Prakash Raj joins the story as another significant new presence. Kamlesh Sawant, Ishita Dutta and Mrunal Jadhav are also returning to the franchise.
Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the film has been written by Pathak along with Aamil Keeyan Khan and Parveez Shaikh. The makers have kept several key details of the plot under wraps, ensuring that the central mystery remains intact ahead of its theatrical release.
The trailer comes after the promo received a U/A 16 certificate from the CBFC. The trailer has a runtime of approximately two minutes and 52 seconds.
Produced by Panorama Studios and presented by Star Studio18, Drishyam: The Conclusion is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on October 2, 2026, coinciding with Gandhi Jayanti. As Vijay Salgaonkar faces another threat, the film is expected to bring the franchise's long-running cat-and-mouse game to its concluding chapter.
