Shah Rukh Khan's wife was seen hanging out with her girl gang at the bash. Considering the equation between her hubby and his bete noire Salman Khan, Gauri's presence minus the hubby came as a surprise.

Says a source, "Looks like the relationship between the two Khan families has improved since the famous hug that Shah Rukh and Salman shared at an iftar party."
Adds the source, "Gauri hung out with Maheep Kapoor, Neelam Kothari and Bhavana Pandey. Salman in a black ganji was also present when Gauri was at the party."
After attending Sohail's birthday party solo, Gauri went to attend the Bachchan's Diwali bash with SRK.
