BTS is officially back! The global superstars have provided thrilling updates on their eagerly awaited group reunion following the completion of their necessary military duty. The group had been on hiatus since December 2022, when Jin became the first member to join, followed by J-Hope, and finally all remaining members by December 2023.
Over the last year, members of BTS completed their service one by one, sometimes in pairs, causing excitement among fans eagerly anticipating their reunion. On June 21, 2025, Suga became the final member to be freed, bringing fans the long-awaited news of a new album and a world tour. According to reports, the forthcoming tour will be their biggest ever.
During a recent Weverse broadcast, Jimin stated that BTS has completed recording their new full-length album, which will be released in spring 2026. He announced, "Everyone, we've done taping... It can now arrive next spring... "I really want to promote our song soon."
Fans reacted enthusiastically to the announcement on social media. One user remarked, "Omg Jimin confirmed," while another said, "We're all so ready for BTS legends' comeback." A third fan raved: "The way he said it so softly yet dropped the biggest news of the year, spring just got a whole new meaning now."
On November 1, BTS member Jin completed his two-day encore concerts of the Runseokjin tour with a lot of laughter, tears, and high emotions. Following Jungkook and J-Hope on Day 1 (October 31), Jin surprised fans on Day 2 of his RUNSEOKJIN EP TOUR ENCORE concerts at Incheon's Munhak Stadium. This time, he brought the gift of V, alias Kim Taehyung, and Jimin's performance, as the audience applauded. It was a mini-BTS reunion for ARMYs who couldn't get enough of the idols' frolic and fun this weekend.
Earlier, during an interaction on the red carpet, RM made a revelation about returning with the BTS gang. He said, "We're still preparing the album and filming the music video." His statement already got fans excited, but what he said next was the real surprise.
J-Hope, as always, enjoyed their banter and asked RM, "Do you want to practice dancing?" To which RM replied, "I'm practising dancing," before breaking into a tiny groove himself. He laughed, saying, "Actually, I'll start tomorrow!"
RM then casually dropped a significant hint: "Anyway, please look forward to it at the end of March next year!" His statement sparked a frenzy among fans because it strongly suggests BTS's comeback album and, reportedly, their world tour, which might begin in March 2026.
