BTS have once again proved why they remain one of the biggest music acts in the world. The K-pop supergroup created history during the London leg of their ARIRANG World Tour, attracting nearly 130,000 fans across two completely sold-out concerts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
According to BigHit Music, around 65,000 fans attended each show, making it the highest per-show concert attendance recorded at the stadium since it opened in 2019. The concerts also marked BTS' first full-group performance in the United Kingdom in seven years, following their landmark Wembley Stadium shows in 2019.
The seven-member group RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook delivered an electrifying setlist that blended songs from their latest album ARIRANG with some of their biggest career-defining hits. Fans sang along to newer tracks including Hooligan, Normal and Swim, while timeless favourites like Idol and Fire sent the packed stadium into a frenzy.
The concerts were particularly emotional as they marked BTS' long-awaited return to the British stage after completing their mandatory military service and reuniting as a full group. Their previous UK performance in 2019 had already made history when they became the first South Korean act to headline Wembley Stadium. This latest achievement further cements their global influence.
Reflecting on the overwhelming response, the members shared a heartfelt message through their agency, saying they were reminded of the emotions they experienced at Wembley seven years ago. They thanked ARMY for their unwavering passion and support, adding that the London concerts had given them unforgettable memories.
The London stop is part of BTS' ambitious ARIRANG World Tour, which kicked off in Goyang, South Korea, earlier this year and has been billed as the largest tour in K-pop history. Tickets for the London concerts sold out almost immediately after going on sale, underlining the group's unmatched popularity.
Following the record-breaking London shows, BTS will continue the European leg of the tour with performances in Munich before heading to other international destinations. With another attendance milestone under their belt, the group has once again demonstrated its ability to fill stadiums and create unforgettable live music experiences across the globe.
