Prabhas
The Asian country of Japan has been hit with a massive earthquake with a magnitude of 7.5 on the Richter scale. Amid this, fans of Indian actor Prabhas expressed concern as he is in the country. The actor was in the country for the release of Baahubali: The Epic. Amid concerns for the well-being of the actor, director Maruthi on Tuesday confirmed that the actor was safe and that he had spoken to him on Tuesday morning.
Responding to a fan's concerned tweet that read "Japan lo Earthquake and Tsunami warning anta hero akkade unnadu repu return avuthunadu anta (It seems there is an earthquake in Japan and that a Tsunami warning has been issued. Our hero is there and he is to return tomorrow," director Maruthi responded, saying, "Spoke to Darling he is not in Tokyo and doing safe no worries."
Filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli penned an emotional note for Prabhas as the star reached Japan and was welcomed with overwhelming love from fans of the Baahubali franchise. In return, the actor said he was "missing you here" and added that they would visit together again.
Prabhas took to Instagram, where he shared a picture of the letter by Rajamouli, which read, "Knowing you darling, if you've already tasted the love of the Japanese audience, you must be in tears right now." "
I've visited Japan four times and every trip came with the same question again and again, when will Prabhas come here? The more they expressed their wish, the more I wanted you to experience the love they have for you, and for them to see how much you care for them too."
Rajamouli called Japan his "second home" and said he was happy that his Baahubali had finally arrived there. He also thanked his Japanese fans, writing, "Arigato gozaimasu."
"Finally, my Baahubali has arrived in my second home. I hope you enjoy Japan as much as I have enjoyed every visit. To all my Japanese friends, love you all. Arigato gozaimasu."
Responding to the note, Prabhas shared a picture from the trip and captioned the post: "Daaaarlingggggg ssrajamouli⦠love you so much. Missing you here in Japan⦠we'll both come again."
On the work front, Prabhas will soon be seen on the big screen in the film The RajaSaab. The film will be released in theatres on January 9, 2026. The cast of 'The Raja Saab' includes the stunning trio of Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Ridhi Kumar, who are expected to add charm, elegance, and freshness to the eerie yet colourful world of The Raja Saab.
