Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru surprised fans by announcing their wedding on December 1. The couple, who have kept their relationship under wraps, made their first public appearance as husband and wife on December 13. They were clicked at the airport and looked like they were jetting off for the Christmas holidays.
The couple was clicked in Hyderabad as they stepped out of their car and headed towards the airport. Dressed for comfort, Samantha opted for black trousers paired with a grey cardigan, while Raj kept it casual in black trousers, a grey T-shirt and a matching jacket. The two were seen interacting and exchanging smiles as they made their way.
Elated by their appearance, fans took to the comment section and dropped heart emojis as they gushed over the couple. A user wrote, "God Bless You", while another commented, "Deserve happiness Sam."
Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu tied the knot with filmmaker Raj Nidimoru in a traditional ceremony on December 1. The actress formally announced the new chapter in her life through a special social media post. As per reports, the two got married at Isha Foundation's Linga Bhairavi Temple in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Instead of lavish wedding, the couple chose a serene, spiritually-rooted ritual called Bhuta Shuddhi Vivaha.
For the unaware, Samantha is believed to have first met Raj during the shoot of the Amazon Prime Video series, The Family Man 2, in which she played a powerful role. The two once again joined hands for the web show, Citadel: Honey Bunny, co-starring Varun Dhawan. The rumors of Samantha and Raj being in a relationship began to circulate as the two were seen together at various events. As per reports they are collaborating again for Rakt Brahmand. The project also stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Ali Fazal in pivotal roles.
Samantha was earlier married to actor Naga Chaitanya. The couple tied the knot in 2017 in a grand ceremony. However, they ended up going their separate ways in 2021. Naga Chaitanya married actress Sobhita Dhulipala in December last year. Meanwhile, Raj Nidimoru was married to Shhyamali De.
