Srikanth Odela and Nani's second film together, The Paradise, finally hit the screens on Thursday, while paid premieres started on Wednesday. While the film has turned out to be Nani's biggest opening, the reviews are not as favourable. The film has drawn criticism from audiences and critics alike. Now, Nani has acknowledged the feedback in a new note on Friday.
Nani penned a long note on his X (formerly Twitter) account, stating that he has seen all the responses to The Paradise since its release and enjoyed them all. "I have seen all your reactions and responses. I've received all your love and equally enjoyed your hilarious trolls. I'm heartwarmed by the way the audience have owned the film, and also learnt from the flaws that critics and reviewers have pointed out," he mentioned.
The actor further thanked everyone for their feedback and wrote that the film was made with a lot of blood and sweat to give fans a new experience. As a result, he invited both celebration and judgment towards the film. "Thank you for everything is all I can say. We have made #TheParadise with a lot of blood and sweat to give you a unique experience, and it's all yours to celebrate or judge. With the excitement you had for the film and the affection you showed on me, I am filled with gratitude. Nani," the note further read.
The Paradise was released in cinemas on September 24, 2026. The film took a bumper opening at the box office becoming the biggest opening in Nani's career. The movie earned Rs. 11.60 crore net at the box office in India from its paid previews on Wednesday. Later on Thursday, the movie collected Rs. 34.65 crore net. That takes the total so far to Rs. 46.25 crore net.
Meanwhile, the film has also grabbed headlines after actor Remo Raheem claimed that his part in the film was cut short. The Paradise stars Kayadu Lohar, Raghav Juyal, Mohan Babu and Sonali Kulkarni in pivotal roles, along with Nani in the lead.
