Mannara Chopra has found herself at the centre of an online debate after a video showed a man confronting her over her car being parked in the wrong spot. While her assistant assured him the vehicle would be moved, the man threatened to deflate its tyres. The incident has since drawn mixed reactions from netizens.
A video shows Mannara arriving at a building while being followed by paparazzi. As she attempts to shield her face, she tells the photographers that she has not done her makeup yet.
While Mannara and her team head inside, a man is heard objecting to her car being parked in the wrong spot. Her assistant assures him that the vehicle will be moved, but he becomes impatient when Mannara continues walking without responding. "Madam, remove your car, otherwise the tyres will be deflated," he says, threatening her.
Many on the internet weren't happy with Mannara ignoring the man. A comment read, "If you've parked your car in the wrong place, then Uncle is right to say so. Whether you're a celebrity or an ordinary person, the rules should be the same for everyone." Another comment read, "Rules are the same for everyone."
Mannara rose to wider popularity with her stint on Bigg Boss 17, where she emerged as the second runner-up. She had earlier made her Hindi film debut with Anubhav Sinha's Zid in 2014 and has also worked in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada films, including Prema Geema Jantha Nai, Jakkanna, Thikka, Rogue and Sita. She will next be seen in the Telugu film "Thiragabadara Saami", starring Raj Tarun, and in the Punjabi film "Ohi Chann Ohi Raatan." To note, she is Parineeti Chopra and Priyanka Chopra's cousin. Last year, Mannara was supposed to be a part of Laughter Chefs 3; however, she exited the show due to unavoidable reasons.
The Bigg Boss 17 fame actress posted a video of herself dancing to Aroob Khan's popular Punjabi track Gucci. The comments come amid a series of instances in which Mannara has faced trolling over her appearance and weight. In 2025, she was body-shamed following appearances at public events, with social media users commenting on her weight and telling her to lose weight.
