Rise and Fall 2: Sara Gurpal lashes out at Gautam Gulati as his actions remind her of an abusive relationship

The latest episode of Rise and Fall witnessed explosive confrontations, resurfacing rivalries and a major power shift. Gautam Gulati and Sara Gurpal got into a heated argument after an incident left Sara furious and brought back painful memories. Meanwhile, tensions escalated between Kaira and Rishabh during the Navratri celebrations, as Shehzad Poonawalla's reign ended.

While Gautam Gulati was making it clear that he had no plans of attempting a takhta palat, an unintentional slam of his leg against a bench was enough to leave Sara Gurpal fuming. And Sara wasn't about to let it slide! Climbing onto the dining table and kicking things herself, she sent the Basement into a tizzy, leaving the entire house scrambling to figure out what had just happened.

What followed was a no-holds-barred face-off, with Sara warning Gautam, "You cannot do this to scare me." Gautam's insistence that he wasn't scaring her only fuelled the argument, and when he said, "You are a hater," Sara fired back, "I'm not going to take this shit, Gautam Gulati. I respected you." But the biggest blow came when Sara laid bare the hurt behind her anger: "Mein usko 8 saal se jaanti hu, I'm the only friend, agar woh mere saath kar sakta hai toh tum kaun ho." Revealing how the incident had brought back memories of an abusive relationship, she admitted, "I thought he was the one saying it like that, trying to scare me… I got scared."

Kaira's old rivalry with Gautam resurfaced, with her making it clear that she was ready to go against him, while Priyanka Chahar Choudhary's attempt to calm Gautam down landed her in trouble with the Workers.

Shehzad Poonawalla's reign ends

As the episode progresses, Rulers and Workers gather together to celebrate the Navratri Utsav, but the party fails to resolve the brewing rivalry. During the interaction, Rishabh calls Kaira ‘judgemental' and ‘desperate', but she takes it to another level by dragging his girlfriend into the discussion. Shehzad Poonawalla's reign comes to an end, and the fight for the top spot begins. The Workers get an upper hand in deciding the fate of the Ultimate Ruler contest, as they have the choice of selecting their preferred Ruler to fight the battle. The Workers select Niharika Tiwari, who gets the power to eliminate two of the Rulers.

Niharika wastes little time exercising her authority and removes Shehzad and Irina Rudakova from contention.
