A 17-year-old boy was allegedly stabbed by two minors in Maharashtra's Thane following a dispute over teasing related to a multiplayer mobile phone game, police said, reported the PTI.

Police have registered a case against three accused, including two brothers, under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
According to police, the victim regularly played the multiplayer game PUBG with a group of neighbourhood friends.
The group often engaged in friendly teasing after game matches, particularly targeting players who lost.
The dispute reportedly began on July 10 when one of the minor boys lost a match at a local park and became upset after being teased by others.
Police said the boy allegedly brought a knife to threaten the victim. However, family members intervened and prevented the situation from escalating.
Police said the tension continued and allegedly escalated on the night of July 12.
The accused minor and two other boys allegedly confronted the victim. During the confrontation, two of the minors allegedly pulled out knives and stabbed the 17-year-old.
The injured teenager, who was bleeding heavily, managed to reach his home. Local residents and family members then rushed him to a nearby hospital.
He is currently undergoing treatment.
Police have registered an FIR against the three accused under Sections 109 (attempt to murder), 3(5) (common intention) and 352 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
Police said no arrests have been made so far and further investigations were underway.
Meanwhile, in an another incident, last month, a man brandishing a machete and allegedly threatening pedestrians on a busy road near the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) was swiftly overpowered and disarmed following swift intervention by a police constable, an official had earlier said.
The incident occurred in June last week when the armed man began shouting and charging at crowds and a woman accompanying him, the official said, PTI had reported.
According to the police, Constable Vishal Yashwant Gade, attached to the LA-2 unit at Tardeo and currently on deputation at the Police Commissioner's office, was on his way to work when he spotted the armed man creating a ruckus.
Acting swiftly, Gade approached the suspect from behind and overpowered him, wresting the machete from his hand with the help of a passerby, the official said, reported PTI.
The suspect, along with the seized weapon, was handed over to personnel of the M.R.A. Marg Police Station and a mobile patrol squad present at the scene.
The woman was rescued safely, and the alert police constable averted a major tragedy, the official added.
