The people at Cutting Cocktails in Vile Parle East are putting a boozy spin on Mumbai's familiar cutting chai. Following the example of our street-side connoisseurs, Cutting Cocktails hooks you onto half-sized cocktails. "By offering cocktails in half portions, we are giving people the freedom to explore more flavours, have more conversations, and enjoy a more relaxed night out," Pravin Malkani, founder of Cutting Cocktails tells us. The bar offers an experience that satisfies both your taste buds and your budget. "Why should you commit to just one drink for the evening, when the joy is really in discovering, tasting, and sharing?" he asks us, rhetorically.
