Mumbai is expected to witness a generally cloudy sky on Monday, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasting one or two spells of light to moderate rain across the city and suburbs.
The city's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 32 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to be around 26 degrees Celsius on Monday.
High tide is expected at 4:18 pm with a sea level of 4.01 metres, while the next high tide will occur at 4:53 am on July 21 at 3.47 metres. Low tide is expected at 10:31 pm at 1.33 metres, followed by another low tide at 10:28 am on July 21 at 2.21 metres.
Between 8 am on July 18 and 8 am on July 19, the city recorded 17.43 mm of rainfall, while the eastern suburbs received 72.35 mm and the western suburbs recorded 70.36 mm, indicating significantly heavier showers in suburban areas.
Mumbai's seven lakes supplying drinking water to the city recorded a further rise in storage levels following continued monsoon rainfall, with the total useful water stock reaching 7,82,370 million litres (ML), or 54.05 per cent of the total live storage capacity, according to the Hydraulic Engineer's Department's report released at 6 am on Monday, July 20.
The city's reservoirs have a combined live storage capacity of 14,47,363 ML.

Upper Vaitarna: Water level stood at 598.51 metres, with a 24-hour rise of 0.15 metres. The lake now holds 76,605 ML (33.74 per cent of useful content). It received 86 mm rainfall in the last 24 hours, taking the season's total to 1,135 mm.
Modak Sagar: Water level reached 160.30 metres, rising 0.47 metres in 24 hours. The reservoir contains 1,05,756 ML (82.03 per cent of capacity). It recorded 81 mm rainfall, with cumulative rainfall at 1,572 mm.
Tansa: The lake level increased to 127.58 metres, up 0.15 metres over the past day. Storage stands at 1,25,324 ML (86.38 per cent). It received 29 mm rainfall, taking the seasonal total to 1,560 mm.
Middle Vaitarna: The reservoir recorded the highest daily rise of 0.63 metres, with the water level reaching 266.39 metres. It now stores 93,316 ML, or 48.22 per cent of its capacity. Rainfall recorded during the last 24 hours was 47 mm, while cumulative rainfall reached 1,172 mm.
The combined storage of Upper Vaitarna, Modak Sagar, Tansa and Middle Vaitarna stands at 4,01,000 ML, which is 57.73 per cent of their combined live storage capacity.
