Former Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes and partner Yolanda Cardona exchange vows in presence of his ex-teammates and friends
Former Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes married his long-term sweetheart Yolanda Cardona in a ceremony in Barcelona on Friday. The ex-Middlesbrough custodian, who already has three kids, Dylan, Kai and Vera with the Colombian model, started dating in 2008. According to the Daily Mail, the couple exchanged vows at the Santuario de Santa Maria de Montserrat de Pedralbes church in Barcelona.
The grand wedding saw many of Valdes' former Barcelona teammates in attendance - such as Xavi, Carles Puyol, Seydou Keita and Samuel Eto'o.

Former Spain skipper Puyol, who was seen along with his partner Vanessa Lorenzo, was one who enjoyed the occasion the most, providing extensive coverage on his social media accounts. Former Barcelona defender Eric Abidal was also present at the event along with Joan Laporta, ex-president the Nou Camp club.

Valdes is currently looking for a new club after leaving Boro following their relegation after a single season in the Premier League. He did not play much last season after picking up a thumb injury.
