Former Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner has opened up about his painful exit from the Formula One team, revealing that he suffered panic attacks during the difficult period.
Horner, 52, who led Red Bull to dominance in F1 during his two-decade tenure, was sacked in July 2025 amid declining on-track performance and internal power struggles.
Horner admitted that his departure was "very painful", particularly as it came just days after the mother of his daughter Olivia passed away from cancer.
"I didn't know what it was. You suddenly feel dizzy and conscious of your breathing," Horner said, recalling his panic attacks.
