Stack ‘em pancakes

This 2-ingredient is one that refuses to die, and for good reason. Mashy, sweet, and oddly satisfying. All you need: 2 ripe bananas and 2 eggs. Mash the bananas until smooth, whisk in the eggs, and cook small pancakes on a lightly greased pan. That's it. No flour, no sugar, no existential crisis. They're soft, naturally sweet, and work as breakfast or a "this counts as healthy" dessert.

Never too choco-late

These feel fancy, but the process is highly unserious in just three ingredients. All you need: 1 cup dark chocolate (chips or chopped), ½ cup fresh cream, and cocoa powder (for rolling). Heat the cream just until warm, pour it over the chocolate, let it sit for a minute, then stir till smooth. Chill until firm enough to scoop, roll into bite-sized balls, and dust with cocoa powder.

Peanut better fudge

PICS/ISTOCK

It's a 3-Ingredient recipe which feels illegal for how little effort it demands. All you need: 1 cup peanut butter, ½ cup condensed milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, but does emotional heavy lifting). Warm the peanut butter and condensed milk together until smooth, stir in vanilla, pour into a lined dish, and chill till set. Slice. Pretend you worked harder than you did.

Feeling mous-y

This 2-ingredient chocolate mousse dessert feels like a culinary prank, but it's old-school legit. All you need: 200g dark chocolate, ¾ cup hot water. Melt the chocolate, add hot water, then whisk like your dignity depends on it until it turns thick and airy. Chill briefly. You end up with a surprisingly light, intense mousse with no cream, no eggs, no short cuts. It's chemistry doing the heavy lifting.

No churn, only chill

This one has been around long before reels discovered it. All you need: 2 cups fresh cream, 1 cup condensed milk, and ½ teaspoon vanilla (optional). Whip the cream till soft peaks, gently fold in condensed milk and vanilla, freeze for 6-8 hours. Chill until firm enough to scoop, and dust with cocoa powder.
