After quizzing KJo in his inimitable style, Shah Rukh asked Karan to do a Sridevi number. An embarrassed Karan first refused, but the audience took it upon themselves to force the filmmaker to dance by cheering and calling him. Shah Rukh encouraged Karan to get on the stage and dance with him.

Karan went close to SRK and began dancing to 'Kaate nahi kat te' from 'Mr India'. In the last phrase of 'I love you', Karan gave Shah Rukh a hug, to which Shah Rukh said, "Karan aur mein kya kya karten hain paapi peth ke liye".
