Ashlesha even revealed that the show used to have the highest TRP back then, she wrote, "Kyunki has seen a TRP of 22 yes that’s right 22 highest ever of any show on Indian Television. Congratulations to my mothership @balajitelefilmslimited @ektarkapoor @starplus and the entire team of #kyunkisaasbhikabhibahuthi."

Ashlesha Sawant was last seen in the television series Jhanak, where she played Arshi. The show marked a sentimental reunion with her Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi co-star Sumeet Sachdev, as the two, who played a couple in the classic 2002 series, reprised their roles as husband and wife on television.
