Before beginning her mission to remove the conveyance Sankat from the town, she told a deeply personal story. This left both sisters scarred, and with the revelation, all the other contestants were emotional.
Surabhi recalls the accident that left her paralysed
Surabhi was paralysed in college after sustaining a dancing accident that was so serious that she was only minutes away from death. "I told Samriddhi to take care of our parents," she said, fearing she wouldn't make it. Fortunately, doctors saved her just two minutes before it was too late.
That memory, filled with anguish and gratitude, motivated her to face the challenge with unwavering focus. Each stride served as a reminder of how far she had come.
Previously, her twin, Samriddhi, had experienced her own physical struggle during the Agni Pariksha, collapsing mid-task but still accomplishing her objective to remove the Krishi Sankat. The sisters' performances became a collective monument to survival, tenacity, and love. They demonstrated that life's harshest blows can build the greatest relationships, and that when you rise, you are never alone.
Samriddhi recalls how they family had separated them
In one of the previous episodes, Samriddhi became upset as she revealed a highly intimate chapter from her early upbringing for the first time. She revealed that she was unaware she had a twin sister named Surabhi for the first 2-3 years of her existence. Growing up in an orthodox home, the twins were kept apart, and it wasn't until their mother fought back against the family's limitations that Samriddhi met her sister for the first time at age five. Since then, their friendship has been unshakeable.
She shared, "Our family was so orthodox that they sent my sister away just because we were 2 girls. I had no idea I even had a twin. My sister never got to experience a mother’s love during those early years. But our mom stood up for us; she fought with the entire family to bring us together. I met my sister for the first time when I was 5. When she came home, I didn’t even know I had a sister who looked exactly like me. Since that day, our bond has been unbreakable. Our mom is everything for us."
