The Mumbai Police have arrested two people for allegedly attempting to enter Bollywood star Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartments in Bandra (West).

The police have registered two different first information reports (FIR) and initiated investigations into the matter.

According to police officers, one of the trespassers has been identified as Jitendra Kumar Hardayal Singh, a fan of the actor who wanted to meet him.

The other accused is a 22-year-old junior artist. Her identity has not been established yet.

"In the first incident, 22-year-old Jitendra Singh was seen loitering near Galaxy Apartments on Tuesday at around 9.45 am. He told the security guard that he wanted to meet Salman Khan, but the guard refused and advised him to leave the premises. An angry Singh threw his mobile phone on the ground before leaving the area."

However, later that evening around 7.15 pm, he returned to the area and hid behind a car. He managed to sneak into Galaxy Apartments but a police officer and the security guard, Kamlesh Mishra, apprehended him and handed him over to Bandra Police for further investigation. The police promptly registered an FIR and arrested Singh. He is a resident of Chhattisgarh.

Singh told the police that he is a fan of Salman Khan and wanted to meet the actor and take a selfie. However, the security guard did not allow him to do so, prompting him to enter the building unlawfully.

In another incident on Wednesday, a woman was also caught by the security guard and police when she was trying to enter Galaxy Apartments.

She told the police that she wanted to meet Salman Khan in hopes of securing film roles. She revealed that said she had been struggling to find work in the film industry and hoped meeting the actor might help.
